Dimas Gimeno, former president of El Corte Inglés, has warned about the way in which retailers are using data to understand the consumer. In an interview with Jaime Laulhé, CEO and founder of Geoblink, a Location Intelligence company, Gimeno also said that some retailers are not taking the necessary measures to survive the changes in consumer habits that are currently shaping the retail sector.
