For the third year running, logistics sector experts gathered at the end2end congress to share their inspiring experiences during a day full of innovation.

Dimas Gimeno spoke about the future of omnichannelism: “In China, omnichannel strategy has been overtaken by the concept of New Retail. There is a general consensus to no longer speak in terms of pure players, physical stores or omnichannel stores. In the end everyone will have both physical as well as online channels; the difference will be the starting point for each of the retailers.”
